Jaidev, our guide, took us around to so many different food stalls and restaurants all over Old Delhi that we would not have otherwise known to visit on our own. Not only was he able to share a lot of food knowledge with us, but he also taught us a lot about the city and its history. He handled all of our transportation and even took us to see the amazing kitchens of a Sikh Temple. And most importantly, all of the food we tried was delicious and unique!
